The Zimmers joined Age Concern for an invigorating work out to celebrate the Big Lottery Fund's £126.2 million package of investment to regenerate the nation’s health and well-being. Age Concern are one of 14 organisations across England to pick up awards today (Wednesday 18 July) from the Big Lottery Fund's Well-being programme.
